My journey as a three-time founder has been strenuousconfusinghard, and honestly; crazy.

But in the middle of all that chaos, there have also been blissful momentsbreakthroughsjoyful seasons, and real growth.

It's been a turbulent time, with many ups and downs.

From the very beginning (with my first venture) I got familiar with the bitter taste of failure.

The venture isn’t dead; no, not at all. But it has failed a couple of innovations. We hit walls. We took Ls.

But we’re still here, learning, building, evolving.

And now, slowly, I’m starting to get a better grip on everything.

    🤯 “Why Three Ventures Though?”

I get that question a lot.

“Why not just focus on one thing?”

    My answer?

Because I’m not just building companies; I’m building an ecosystem.

What I’ve created may look like three separate ventures, but they’re deeply interconnected.

    They fuel each other.

    They benefit one another.

What one learns, the others grow from.

    Let me explain.

In a country like Nigeria, trying to solve one problem often drags you into another.

If you’re trying to build digital infrastructure, you’ll quickly realize you also need to educate the people using it.

You want to scale HealthTech? You’ll need access to clean, usable data (which we don’t really have).

You want to empower entrepreneurs? Then you’ll have to start by shifting mindsets and systems.

You can’t do just one thing; the environment won’t let you.

But here’s the difference: while many companies keep all their operations under one brand, I chose to split mine into distinct ventures.

🚀 What I’m Building, and Why

HealthTech (NexaVida+)This is the venture closest to my heart. We’re building the infrastructure to unify healthcare data across Africa. Emergency response, record access, provider coordination; all made faster, smarter, safer.

Data & AI (NexusData Intelligence)This company powers the infrastructure layer, not just for HealthTech, but for education, government, and enterprise. It also empowers the next generation of Africans through training in Data, AI, and Machine Learning.

Development & Youth (Africa Development Summit - ADS)ADS focuses on the people. It nurtures young minds, spreads digital awareness, and equips university students with the mindset and skills to rebuild Nigeria from the ground up.We create jobs, open eyes, and light the fire in others to build world-class ventures.

Each venture serves a unique role, but they all point to the same mission:

Building people. Building systems. Building Africa.

🎯 Still on Track, Still Learning

Could I have put all of this under one company like others do?

    Sure.

But this setup gives me focus within the complexity.

Yes, I run three ventures. But no, I am not scattered.

    I’m building deliberately.

And I’m learning every single day.

So God help me, I’ll keep going.

And if you’re curious about what’s next, I’ll be sharing some exciting updates about my ventures on LinkedIn today.
